Consultations
All treatments will receive a free consultation prior to treatment. These are necessary to ascertain client suitability to each treatment. Responsibility cannot be taken for any side effects of treatments if individual medical conditions are not disclosed prior to treatment.
Cancellations
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellation, otherwise a charge will be made.
Gift Vouchers
These are an ideal present for someone. Choose from any value or a specific treatment. All vouchers are non-refundable or transferable and valid for three months from the date of purchase. (No extension on time can be given).

She only uses products which are free from animal cruelty and a full consultation is always given to ensure the best service and advice is given. Sandra works on a one-to-one basis, to ensure you have her full attention throughout your service.
